Postage and Payments
Australia wide postage is $10. For orders of products totalling $100 or more, postage in Australia is free.
A further 5% discount will be applied to purchases totalling $200 or more.
Prices for Australia include 10% GST.
We are currently charging a flat rate of $30 AUS for any size order to make it simple.
Our website prices include 10% Goods and Services Tax. As soon as a country other than Australia is selected for shipping, the cart total will be calculated to exclude 10% Goods and Services Tax (Australia).
A 5% discount will be applied to purchases totalling $200 or more.
Economy Air 10+ business days, up to 2kg. Economy Sea 30+ business days 2kg-20kg.
We are currently using Australia post, we will where possible provide international tracking on every order.
Use your PayPal account OR credit card/debit card as "GUEST" via PayPal.
Payments can also be made using Direct Deposit.
International buyers – please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges aren’t included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. In some cases these import charges could be up to 30%, but more likely 10%-20% of the value of your purchase, but remember by not being charged 10% Goods and Services Tax (Australia) this will somewhat balance the costs. These import charges may take affect when you receive or pick up your parcel from the post office.

TIP: To prolong good condition of your socks
Please wash socks separately, or in a hosiery and lingerie wash bag, if washing with other garments that have zippers, velcro, or other features that may catch.
If wool socks are placed to dry in close proximity to a heat source or in a clothes dryer, they may shrink. Slower drying is preferred. If socks appear to have shrunk, try to stretch them out whilst they are wet.

Returns for wrong choice (i.e size, colour) must be in unused and 100% original condition with all the original packaging materials. These products are returned at the customers’ expense. We cannot offer a refund for change of mind, however, upon communication, you may be eligible for an exchange.
All care is taken to ensure that only great quality products leave our factory. Occasionally, despite our efforts, a customer may find their socks have a fault. Refunds or exchanges are available for genuine manufacturing faults. Please read and follow care instructions on your sock labels as no refund or exchange will be offered for damage due to improper care. If it is suspected that there is a manufacturing fault on a pair of socks, a photo clearly showing the fault can be emailed to us. If the fault cannot be seen clearly in a photo, or if you are unable to email a photo, return the pair to us so that we can determine if there is a manufacturing fault. If it is found that the fault is due to a manufacturing problem, either by examining a returned pair or an emailed photograph, we will be happy to refund the postage costs you incur in sending the item to us and send you a replacement pair or refund you the purchase price of the socks. Socks returned to us that are found not to have a manufacturing fault can be posted back to the customer at the customer's expense.

- We must be notified within 7 days of receiving your order of any damage or reason for return.
- The product must be in new, unused and 100% original condition with all the original packaging materials, unless the return is due to a genuine manufacturing fault
