Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All standard orders are dispatched from our factory via Australia Post within 3-5 business days (excluding pre-orders and custom orders).
Express Post orders are disptached within 1 business day (excluding pre-orders and custom orders). For Express Post orders received before 2.00pm we will aim to ship the order that business day. Orders received after 2.00pm will be shipped the following business day.

Where do you ship to and how much?
We offer Free Shipping for any orders over $200 in value sent to an Australian delivery address, or postage is $12 Australia-wide.
We also offer an Express Shipping option via Australia Post for orders delivered within Australia. Express Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $18.50.
We offer $25 flat rate international shipping to the US, Canada and New Zealand for Australian customers wishing to send an order to a loved one overseas. International customers from the US, Canada and New Zealand should visit our international website: www.lindnersocks.com
We do not currently ship to countries outside those listed above.
It is important to note that international purchases may incur taxes or import duties, upon arrival at their destination, specific to your country.
If you are looking to send our products from Australia as a gift to a loved one overseas, we recommend sending it yourself, as a gift, so your loved one does not get stung with taxes or import duties at their destination.
Do you offer a local pick up option?
No, we do not currently offer a local pick up option via our website.
However, we can arrange local pick up via phone order by calling us on 02 4832 0202.
What happens if I order the wrong size?
Please note, that our socks are knitted larger to allow for approx. 10% shrinkage on the first wash.
Returns for wrong selection/change of mind (eg. wrong size, style, colour choice) must be returned to us at the customer’s expense in unused, unwashed, and 100% original condition with all the original packaging materials. If returned items do not meet this criteria, they will be returned back to the customer, at the customer's expense.
For wrong/selection change of mind we can provide a refund (less the original shipping cost), or an exchange of products (new shipping costs apply).
